Support for people who feel stuck in patterns they can’t seem to break.

You may be functioning on the outside, but something still feels off beneath the surface, emotionally, relationally, or internally. These patterns are often shaped by past experiences, stress, or unresolved emotional experiences that continue to show up in daily life.

Renew Restoration supports people in moving beyond survival-based patterns to understand what has shaped their thinking, feelings, and functioning.

You may be functioning on the outside, but underneath, there can be a sense of disconnection, emotional exhaustion, or patterns that keep repeating in ways that feel difficult to shift.

Many people find that they’ve learned how to cope, keep going, and hold everything together, but insight alone hasn’t created the change they’re looking for.

I work with adults who want to move beyond surface-level coping and understand what is underneath the patterns shaping how they think, feel, and respond, so life can feel a little clearer, steadier, and more aligned.

I’m Catrina, a Licensed Professional Counselor and founder and CEO of Renew Restoration.

I provide trauma-informed online therapy for adults across Texas and Oklahoma, with in-person sessions available in Texas. My work focuses on trauma, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, relationship patterns, and long-term internal change.

Consultation services are available nationwide where permitted.

Who This Work Is For

This work is for individuals who want to look beneath surface-level coping and better understand the patterns shaping how they think, relate, function, and move through the world.

You may be a good fit if:

  • You’re functioning outwardly, but feel internally stuck, disconnected, or exhausted

  • You’ve done therapy or personal growth work before, yet notice the same patterns continuing to repeat

  • You’re self-aware, but insight alone hasn’t created lasting change

  • You want to understand the deeper roots of stress, over-functioning, relational patterns, or emotional disconnection

  • You’re seeking depth-oriented work focused on long-term change and alignment

This approach may feel less aligned if you are looking for:

  • Immediate solutions or short-term symptom relief

  • A highly structured, directive, solution-focused approach only

  • Work that stays primarily at the level of symptom management rather than underlying patterns

This is trauma-informed, depth-oriented therapy focused on understanding what exists underneath symptoms and recurring patterns so meaningful, sustainable change can occur.

In our work together, we slow things down enough to notice what is happening beneath automatic responses, especially in moments of stress, relationships, and emotional overwhelm.

We explore how these patterns show up in real time, where they developed, and how they continue to shape your thoughts, emotions, and relationships.

Over time, the goal is not just insight, but a different relationship with these patterns, so they no longer operate automatically in the background of your life.

Individual Counseling

Depth-oriented online and in-person therapy for adults in Texas and Oklahoma.

Sessions focus on noticing what happens in real time, especially in emotional, relational, and stressful moments, so you can begin to understand your patterns as they show up, not just after the fact.

Over time, this creates more clarity, steadiness, and choice in how you respond.

OUR APPROACH

Most of us learn how to function long before we learn how to heal.

In our work together, we may:

  • Identify and understand recurring emotional and relational patterns

  • Explore how past experiences continue to shape present responses

  • Work with nervous system responses such as anxiety, shutdown, or over-functioning

  • Develop greater awareness, choice, and internal steadiness over time

The goal is not to eliminate symptoms quickly, but to understand them deeply enough that real change becomes possible.

Healing is not about becoming someone new.
It’s about coming into a clearer, more honest relationship with yourself.

WHY

We envision a life beyond survival, where honesty replaces performance, presence replaces pretending, and healing creates lasting change from the inside out.
