Hi, I’m Catrina, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and founder of Renew Restoration. I provide individual counseling and consultations that focus on uncovering the deeper patterns shaping how people think, relate, and respond, and supporting meaningful change at the root level. I also facilitate mental health workshops for communities and organizations.

I guide people to uncover the hidden influences shaping their nervous system and daily life, disrupt the patterns that keep them reactive, and build internal alignment so they can live with greater clarity, presence, and purpose.

My work is not about surface-level coping. It focuses on helping people see what’s actually driving their patterns beneath awareness, so real change can happen at the root.
