CEU Trainings & Professional Education

As a clinician, adjunct professor, and trainer, I offer continuing education (CEU) trainings for mental health professionals in Oklahoma and Texas.

Topics may include:

  • Trauma-informed care and nervous system patterns

  • Survival strategies and clinical formulation

  • Working with high-functioning clients and hidden distress

  • Relational patterns, roles, and systems in therapy

  • Integrating depth-oriented frameworks into clinical practice

Trainings are designed to be clinically grounded, applicable, and aligned with ethical, sustainable care.

Clinician Capacity & Practice Development supports clinicians working in an increasingly complex and demanding field.

After 15 years in mental health and 4 years in private practice, I’ve seen how the role of clinician has expanded, therapist, business owner, and often content creator all at once.

This work focuses on helping clinicians build internal and external structures that support capacity, sustain presence, and create longevity in practice.

WHO

This is for clinicians who are:

  • Feeling overextended or close to burnout

  • Holding multiple roles beyond clinical work

  • Struggling to balance depth with business demands

  • Experiencing pressure to maintain an online presence

  • Questioning sustainability in the field

  • Wanting to stay in the work without losing themselves

This is especially relevant for clinicians in private practice navigating both client care and the demands of running a business.

This is for those who care deeply but need structure to sustain it.

WHAT

This is a framework for supporting sustainable clinical practice from the inside out.

It focuses on how internal organization directly shapes clinical presence, decision-making, and long-term capacity.

Core areas include:

  • The clinician as the primary instrument of clinical work

  • Recognizing patterns that emerge under stress and complexity

  • Understanding capacity across clinical, personal, and business roles

  • Building systems that support regulation, pacing, and sustainability

  • Strengthening presence over reactivity in clinical work

  • Aligning how a clinician lives with how they practice

At its core, this is not about doing more.
