This work focuses on identifying misalignment, inefficiencies, and underutilized strengths, and supporting people and systems in functioning with greater clarity, integrity, and sustainability.
These services are consultative and educational in nature and are separate from psychotherapy or mental health treatment.

Consulting and training engagements are collaborative, focused, and intentional. Together, we identify misalignment, map systems, and create actionable steps to support clarity and sustainable function. Short-term follow-up or coaching may be included as needed.
