Hi, I’m Catrina, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and founder of Renew Restoration.
I provide trauma-informed, depth-oriented counseling for adults, teens, and families experiencing anxiety, trauma, burnout, emotional overwhelm, relationship challenges, and major life transitions in Texas and Oklahoma. My work focuses on understanding the deeper patterns that shape how we think, feel, relate, and respond, and creating meaningful change beyond surface-level coping. I offer online therapy for clients in Texas and Oklahoma, as well as in-person therapy in Texas.
I also provide consultation and mental health workshops for organizations, schools, and communities seeking practical, deeper insight into emotional patterns, relationships, and mental health.
